Yes. Simply send an email to Support. Your change is effective within 24 hours. |

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

What if I need more than 10 users?
You can add more users at any time. The cost-per-user above 10 is $40 per user/per month. |

What if I want more training?
If you want more training contact the Aero_Sales_Department. Training costs $150 per hour.

What is Aero's Refund Policy?
You are agreeing to a one year term from the date you sign up for Aero. You can cancel at any time during this term. Your term will automatically renew for another year when the then current term ends. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open Account. |

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. When you sign up you are agreeing to a one year term. You monthly payment will be charged to the credit card you specify each month. |

Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every Aero plan includes 10 users logins. 10 people or just 3, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

What if I use more storage?
We will let you know when you exceed your quota and bill you $2 per GB per month. |
