	Submit a Support Request.
	Support is staffed Monday through Friday, US Central Standard Time (GMT - 5) from 9 am to 4 pm, except on US National holidays. We will respond to your request in four hours or less.

	By Phone.
	Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, US Central Standard Time (GMT - 5) from 9 am to 4 pm, except on US National holidays. . Call +1.608.223.9105. Phone support is free to users on the Max plan and costs $50 per incident for all others.

Requirements

Aero supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, the current release of Firefox and Safari. Other browsers may work too. Aero works with Internet Explorer 8 barring a few minor issues. We are working on Internet Explorer 8 support and hope to announce something this Fall. There are some known incompatibilities with each browser:

Some word processor features are unavailable for Safari.
Editing in Place is not available using Firefox.
Internet Explorer 7 is recommended if you want to use all available report functions.
